At Saunivia, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return period with free returns, subject to the terms below.

1. 30-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Our 30-day return policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

2. Free Returns

Saunivia provides free returns to customers.

Please contact us before returning your order so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Do not send products to our business address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

3. Return Conditions

Returned products should, where reasonably possible:

Be in their original condition
Include the original packaging and accessories
Not have been damaged through misuse, negligence, or improper installation
Include all relevant parts and documentation

Because saunas can be large and may require installation, customers should follow all installation, safety, and manufacturer instructions.

Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights concerning faulty, defective, damaged, or incorrectly described products.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photographs or videos showing the issue where appropriate

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, refund, or another remedy in accordance with applicable law.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect a returned product, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

If approved, your refund will normally be issued to the original payment method.

Your payment provider may require additional time to make the funds available in your account.

Where applicable law requires a refund within a particular timeframe, we will comply with that requirement.

6. Statutory Cancellation Rights

For eligible UK distance sales, consumers generally have a statutory right to cancel an order within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving a reason, subject to applicable exceptions.

Our 30-day return policy provides an additional return period but does not remove or reduce any statutory consumer rights.

7. Delivery Charges

Where a customer exercises a statutory cancellation right, any refund of standard delivery charges will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Additional charges for upgraded delivery services may not be refundable where permitted by law.

8. Products That Have Been Used or Installed

Certain products may be subject to deductions or other consequences where their condition has been reduced beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning, where permitted by applicable law.

Products that have been damaged through misuse, improper installation, modification, or failure to follow safety instructions may not qualify for our voluntary 30-day return policy.

This does not affect statutory rights relating to faulty, defective, or misdescribed goods.
